This shelving can be used to fill an empty back room or to replace shelving you have on your main shop floor. We have a dedicated team who quickly and effectively go into stores to remove shop shelving which we then store in our warehouse.
Second-hand shelving can be an excellent way to save money but you must consider a few things before deciding used shelving is for your store.
- It is not always possible to exactly match used shop shelving to your existing shelving if you are only replacing a few bays. We do everything we can to source the same shelving if we do not have it in our stock but it is not always possible.
- It will not be in pristine condition. We ensure that all of the second-hand shelving we stock is in a usable condition i.e not broken and likely to fall apart when it is being used, however, there will be some signs of use on the shelving which may not work for a brand new store.
- It will not always be the cheaper option. As second-hand shelving may not be the exact shelving you need for your store you may spend more money adapting the shelving we have to suit your store, often the shelving we have is deeper shelving from a larger store which may not work in the floor space of a smaller store.
